This is Frank just as surgery was beginning on 2 February 2005

The top beefy section is the pituitary gland. The half circle in the middle is the cerebellum. Towards the bottom left and right are the carotid arteries. Frank was on top of and around all of these vital centers. This is towards the end of surgery on 2 February 2005
